What is the 30-day free trial?
Every new account gets a 30-day free trial of all Premium features — no credit card required. You'll have full access to AI health checks, smart seasonal schedules, watering adjustments, and everything else. When the trial ends, you keep the free tier features and can upgrade anytime.
What's a Founding Member?
Founding Members are our earliest supporters. For a one-time payment of $34.99, you get lifetime access to every Premium feature — current and future. Only 500 spots are available, and once they're gone, they're gone. It's our way of rewarding the people who believed in us first.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can switch between monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans or cancel anytime from your settings page. If you cancel, you keep Premium access through the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.
How does billing work with households?
One Premium membership covers your entire household. If any member of your household has Premium (whether through a subscription, founding membership, or active trial), everyone in the household benefits. There's no need for each person to subscribe separately.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing — your data is always safe. All your plants, photos, care history, and health check records are preserved. You just lose access to Premium features like AI health checks and smart scheduling until you upgrade again. Your watering schedules revert to static reminders.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Indoor Plant Care is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On Android, you'll often see an install prompt automatically. On iPhone, tap Share then "Add to Home Screen." Either way, you get push notifications, offline access, and a full-screen experience — no app store required.
